One of the worst experiences of my life! Classic case of a company taking their money and running. My suggestion is to wait to see if the original decision sticks before collecting the fee. Way to kick the client while they’re down. Choose your representatives wisely!

Would this question be in two parts: Unearned income does not change SSDI, yet SSI will drop by a factor of 2:1 as income goes up.
