I am truly astounded by the absolute idiocy of this place. I'm just flabbergasted that this people are supposed to work with people in need. when all they do is diffuse responsibility to another member of their team. from reception to counselor. Trust at your own risk.

Very helpful for someone who has a history of addiction UPDATE: once I got to school they forgot I existed or something because I. have not heard a word from them. from ignoring my phone calls to not responding to my mail. I have no idea what happened.

I have specific communication preferences and needs, but as soon as they discovered I had a specific challenge, the VR counselor I was talking to refused to understand my own self-advocacy and forced on me only two choices, when neither of them meet my special needs for the application process. I have decided not to proceed with them as a result due to lack of respect of my expert-level problem solving skills. This points to very poor customer service within an organization that has high attitudes of ableism, which is not a good sign for an organization that supports the independence of those with special challenges.
