Since Iv'e been with Independent Health I have never had a problem talking to a live person and giving me answers to any problems or suggestions that I need. Just lately I had a question and talked to a woman named Stacy and she spent as much time as I needed and explained every thing I needed to know.

The negative reviews surprise me, although everyone is different, with different situations & entitled to their opinions. My wife and I have had Independent Health coverage for over 35 years, and have had two children born with IHA. Have had overwhelmingly positive experiences.

Pamela, thats a great question. Call IH or visit your local office to ask about out of Network benefits. That will depend on the type of policy you have.
