My mom almost died at this awful, dirty facility. And , not because of her age. She nearly died because of neglect and abuse. After the administrators refused to call an ambulance, I rushed my mom to the Emergency Room and she was admitted with open wounds, bed sores, 102 Fever, UTI, and more. And there’s more, the administrators refused to send life saving medical records to the hospital for my moms care. And there’s more, when the social worker currently assigned to her ongoing neglect and abuse case shows up for her care appointment, the administration tells her I took her out against medical advice. There’s so much more I can share, but I’ve been threatened with criminal charges for posting a Facebook video about the facility. They banned me for 3 weeks from visiting my mom. The letter from the police said I was going there for no reason and calling for no reason. There’s a level of corruption that runs deep and I hope someone will penetrate it and/or expose them. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My mom is now safe, warm, and clean.

The people here don't care about residents. They also refuse to call people that are responsible for residents. Family is important, yet they don't want to tall to them. They are awful.

~ I've been a resident here for a little over years. I'm 50, alert and oriented. The decline during that time is depressing. ~ There were two family members who posted pictures and a video on social media. Both of which are accurate. ~ Many believe BEDROCK pay off DOH and OSHA. OSHA have been contacted more then once with no return calls. Several complaints have been made to DOH, myself included. Always receiving the same response. • Although the Department was unable to substantiate your complaint, the very act of investigating a complaint allegation may have a positive impact. Last year there were over 1300 substantiated complaint investigations with nearly 2400 deficiencies cited related to complaint investigations • ~ BEDROCK employ in two very different ways. We have Parkhouse staff to include all departments and Agency. Both of which have some very caring and good staff. Who wish for change. Agency are comprised of aides and nurses. ~ The unfortunate issue we are faced with, there are more bad agency then good (Agency have agreed). Some come in jeans, shorts, t-shirts, pajama pants, sweatpants and slippers. It's a free for all. Some have their earbuds in and are having conversations while administering care and medications. There's NO ACCOUNTABILITY ~ Residents have been ignored by third shift. Rounds aren't done. We have early morning wake ups where washing and care aren't done. ~ A regular Parkhouse aide is lost to the floor having to watch a resident 24 hours a day, 365. He/She speak to staff and residents however they see fit. He/She have been rewarded for immoral behavior. NO ACCOUNTABILITY ~Agency are are paid more. They are also paid once the shift is picked up (my understanding) Parkhouse will send regular staff home over Agency if there's too much staff (rare) Agency take precedence over Parkhouse. BEDROCK shouldn't wonder why morale is so low. BEDROCK doesn't offer a competitive wage and certainly don't offer fair raises. Regular staff, 30 years plus, have to work a full year to get $.40. ~Our Administrator is leaving. I feel BEDROCK needed a scapegoat due to what's been on social media, and she's it. BEDROCK point the finger and forget about the 3 pointing back at them. Personal feelings aside, she works for BEDROCK. ~It's rumored that new management are coming in. That's irrelevant if BEDROCK change nothing. It's easy to call the floors telling the aides what's expected. "Just do your best", it is their best and again, losing 1 aide makes a big difference. Don't see management come up and lend a hand. ~ In my opinion, it's easy to blame Parkhouse and although I do find them responsible for some issues, BEDROCK own the facility. Staff was cut and has diminished purposely yet more and more are admitted. Take some time away from admitting. Worry about who's already in the building vs padding your pockets. There's not enough staff as it stands. There won't be a solution to the problem until BEDROCK acknowledge it.

I have called Kelli Campbell 4 times and she has not called me back re: the care of my husband and the fact they "lost " all his clothing.
