I use this tag place for many many years when it was on main Street in trooper PA. Never had a bad experience until now. Tried to get tags and title switch from another state. Went there three times three different people wanted more information. CANNOT BLAME THE GIRLS BEHIND THE COUNTER IF THEY ARE NOT TRAINED CORRECTLY. THE OWNER AND THE MANAGER REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. THE OWNER AND A MANAGER DOES NOT TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS THE WAY THEY SHOULD BE SERVED. WENT THERE THREE TIMES. AND STILL WALKED OUT WITH NO TITLE AND TAGS FOR THE VEHICLE. I WILL BE NOT GOING BACK THERE FOR THE FOURTH TIME. THANK YOU GOOD LUCK
