Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! There was blood on the floor. The floors were sticky. Huge gapping hole in my ceiling. Not a safe area. I decided I wasn't staying when I seen the gaping hole in my ceiling and blood and the floor only had been there 20 minutes and told me no refunds!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN DO NOT RENT A ROOM!!!! And if I could post the photos as well I would!

********************WARNING******************** Before you pay for anything have them show you the room and make sure it is actually as advertised. This place isn’t smoke free. You will smell cigarettes and Marijuana being smoked. The sink had hair in it and wouldn’t drain the towels were damp. When we went to report no one to be found on a few attempts to get a member of staff to address. I made the mistake of paying for a week and when I asked for a refund the following day when someone was working they refused and said it was non refundable so I was charged for a week and didn’t stay one night there. I had to book one that was down the street. The person said they couldn’t do a refund but to talk to the General Manager who can. I spoke the the GM the next day and she said no as well and then gave me a number to guest relations. After being bounced around the only thing guest relations could do is call the property to ask them to refund most of it because besides the first night which I had told them I was never asking for the first night even though I didn’t stay but the other 6 days I was asking for a refund. Guest relations said only the property can issue a refund so they attempted several times to call while I held but the property refused to refund based on their no refund policy even though they weren’t there to address the concern and ended up renting the same room back out again and it wasn’t as advertised it was falsely advertised as non smoking when it clearly isn’t enforce. Choice hotels shouldn’t even let them be part of their rewards program and whoever owns this property should feel real good taking money for services that weren’t rendered.

The staff was friendly, but we were extremely disappointed in this hotel. Our room looked nothing like the pictures, the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time (floors, walls, sinks, everything) there were multiple roaches, and no hand soap in the bathroom…also the walls were super thin and the place smelled like smoke. If you can spend a little more money per night to stay at a clean hotel, then do so.

Blood stains. Bugs, bugs. Bugs. Nothing worked. Filthy. Filthy Filthy. Smelly. Sticky floors. Noisy fights. Observed what appeared to be drug deal in parking lot at 2 in am. Terribly rude desk people. (Except for one young man) Had to ask for sheets due to blood stains when we turned bed down. No one on duty at night for problems. More bugs. No housekeeping except every 2 weeks. Gave them notice and left the next day. Asked for refund of remaining 2 days. They laughed at us and and refused and kept our money. So far. DO NOT STAY THERE VERY BAD PLACE FOR A LOT OF REASONS

Update: SMOKING IS NO LONGER PERMITTED INSIDE THE BUILDING and ONLY dogs are allowed.
