Our absolute favorite place on earth to camp! We go as much as possible in the summer! If you enjoy tent camping... this place is it!

This place is amazingly serene and beautiful. Water is crystal clear and we have really good time here. Discovery pass is required for parking.

Beautiful, safe, calm, well taken care off park. The water is crystal clear. We went towards the end of Sept and as a californian it was too cold to get in the water. My kids did but after a while they too were cold. There was other people paddling on the lake. Bathrooms were well taken care of. Ranger was always on site and even though it was annoying that they would come to quiet us down after 10pm, it felt safe. The camp sites are nice and spacious.

We camped here on a Thursday night successfully escaping the rain in western Washington. We had the section we were in mostly to ourselves and had a nice little campfire. Overall, enjoyed our one night stay here. Walked on a nearby trail and along the beach. We even had some cute ducks visit our camping spot 🦆 🦆 🦆

they have, electricity, water and sew er, at this late day you will have to call them
yes, you can putbup a tent as well, be sure to check watering schedule
You could call the State Parks department and ask. When I went it was a week day and end of season for most boating so the RV camp sites were empty. Never saw anything but boats at launch, no campers.
Yes
Yes, unless you come on a bicycle then you can stay 1 night without a reservation
Try calling the reservation line
You'll need to make a reservation by 8pm the day you plan on staying. But if you arrive there after 8pm, at the main gate there will be a list of available camp sites (if there are any available) and those are first come first serve.
A discovery pass good for a year .I think they are a round $30.
During the summer season I dont believe they turn it off.
Around 12-1. I'd be there before then to be safe.
Their hours of operation are limited though. Check hours if you want to do it in person. I was there camping for a week recently and they were completely full for days at a time. They turned quite a few away. With this heat it's a popular spot. Would recommend a secondary plan in case.
depending on what you want? if it is for camping yes, If it is only to enter the park you do not need to reserve, of course there is room ...
If you're talking about camping, then yes. But check their website in case it's not permitted now for the fires...
For the park yes for camping you have to reserve
There was plenty of room for a pickup truck camper and a tent or two at the site I used. They also have picnic tables at the camp sites. Overall not huge sites, but not bad for a large popular campground imo.
It's a pass you need to enter the park, it is $30 for 1 year use or you can pay $10/day to access the park.
You can search availability here: https://washington.goingtocamp.com/ The campground is open for day use and camping. Good luck.
It's a pristine (relatively) fresh water lake ya know. Just. try your best to keep it in the same or better shape than when the you found it. One way would be to give your dog a bath before the trip, if you want to let it roll around on the beach or swim.
Not at state parks yet. They are day use right now.
The State Park is closed to camping due to the virus

You can either call or go online under the government park websites to make a reservation
17 with full hook up and 18 with electric and water
Just call lake Chelan state park. Or go online to lake Chelan state park. It will re route you to washington parks so make sure you click on lake Chelan state park. Also if using kayaks or paddleboards. Stay out of the boat launch. They have an area for those kinds of things
I would definitely call the rangers station at the park for that one. But they will have great info for you 😊 maybe even areas you CAN do archery if not in the park.
Call the number on the website
Yes, open year round . The docks are great for fishing also.
People mostly book ahead of time but sometimes there are spots open and you can get a same day spot.
Yes. Just respect. There are rangers who will kick you out of the park
It is not. You can just do day use with the discover pass.
You can reserve the camp by calling the office
It would be tight
