This place says a 12pm close time, called at 9 for deliver. I was told they are no longer delivering. I ask for a pickup, I am told they are no longer taking orders. I drive my at 940, and the open sign is still on and people are inside. So I walk in and place a order, 15 minutes later I get a pizza. Lazy lazy lazy workers.

Literally sitting here (currently) 65 minutes after we called in. Couldn't order online. We watched as 7 employees scrambled to accomplish what seemed like nothing as there was a stack of completedy pizzas accruing and yet none were being distributed. For 40 whole minutes. Although they said our pizza was supposedly in the oven 30 minutes ago. Being cooks ourselves, this was in no way reasonable. I don't know whether to blame the lack of motivation or the structure of their process. Or both.

You can build your own pizza or pasta! I ordered Gourmet veggie pizza. Everything was awesome except artichoke hearts were a bit dry, so I removed almost all of them. I’m very sorry, but they definitely need to upgrade interior. Everything is clean, cozy, and in good used condition, however, it looks old.

We have order from Westside pizza 3 times and all 3 times the pizza was subpar at best, the boneless chicken wings are not boneless wings they are chicken nuggets that I could have gotten from McDonald's and they would have been better than what I received tonight, the manager told me they were crispy not burnt, and I was told that they are called "chicken chunks on the box" if you are going to sell chicken chunks call them that on your menu! I don’t think we will ever order from them again!!!
