Above and beyond phenomenal and great customer service. Met shawn with great customer service. Very chill and laid back dude. Group of 8 from the Midwest rented a house a few minutes from his business. We didn't know which rental company to go with since there is one across the street and we rolled the die on cascade and won BIG! My wife and I ended up at his shop alone with nothing to do and he took the time out of his day to personally take us up to one of the highest peaks in the area on a side by side ATV, along with his 2 dogs which made the trip even more memorable. By far one of the top highlights of our trip. We've never been on top of a mountain...It was Exceptional! We also rented the Pontoon twice to enjoy Cle Elum Lake. More great experiences.
