Over 25yrs living in NT and these guys have always done a great job. Curious drivers let traffic flow, no thrown trash bins, and they've always been friendly and helpful. Thank you folks for taking pride in your work and doing it well!

Unbelievable that someone from DPW sends the police to my building because a small night stand was out to the curb before "big trash day" a night stand less the 2 feet in height that weighs 5 lbs. That's what they are wasting NTPD's time with. You people don't deserve to paid with our dollars if you're that lazy and want to waste police time over something like that. Get a life, and if someone from the city sees this let's get it fixed. NT DPW is a joke.

I guess only the privileged residents get special treatment in this city. The workmanship and care/needs for the residents of this city has been going downhill over the years. Yet, being one of the higher taxed cities of western NY, our services have drastically depreciated. Working with multiple real estate agents in the area, all i can say is if you want to live in a city that cares for its residents, sadly to say North Tonawanda isnt one of them

I go there for the wood chips - you can just drive up to the pile and fill up some buckets or a truck bed and use them for mulch under your shrubs and flowers. Sometimes I also use them in between the rows in my vegetable garden - thay really help keep the weeds down!
