Lived here for two years and the alarms went off 16 times. The majority of the times it was in the middle of the night and these are 80 decibel alarms that are in your apartment. A new company bought the property on 2021 and spent a lot of money updating the aesthetics of the place but did nothing to address the issue with the alarms. The problem is the pipes in their parking garage which set up the alarm. I wouldn't trust any review that does not mention this.

Apartment is open and spacious. Management is very helpful and honest with you about everything. The atmosphere is great for all ages and families.

The expensive rent includes nothing but rent. Water, electricity, gas and parking are all separate bills. With how high the monthly rent is, you would think it includes more things but nope. they keep saying the faulty water pipes that cause the fire alarm to go off are “being fixed” and they say that everytime the alarm goes off like 5 times a month. Are they really fixing it, who knows.

No, not included! Parking is not free as well! But it's a good community, I lived there for over 1.5 years!
For a 10 - 12 month lease they quoted me at $2350.00 a month. That includes $100 a month extra for a parking space. Staff is rude. The application process is expensive, frustrating and borderline invasion of privacy. I'd go elsewhere
