I took my Nissan Titan in for an oil and filter change. I made an appointment online and the way to create the appointment was quick, as well as the hours they offer. The appointment was for 9:44 a.m. I arrived at 9:15 a.m. and they attended me once I arrived. I had to wait until approximately 11:30 am for them to finish. While I was in the waiting room where they offer coffee and bread with cream. The waiting room was full by the time I got there, but then they called the people who were already there. The place is not very big but it is comfortable and they offer WiFi and clothing for your mobiles. They have a grocery vending machine but it doesn't work. When you arrive at the dealership, a person is waiting for you who takes the information from the license plate and then proceeds to take the vehicle to another area where they will provide services. Then they send you to the office where a lady is waiting who verifies the appointment and then sends you to the window where they take all the information about the vehicle and you. They also explain to you the things that the vehicle needs in addition to what you tell them you need, they also warn you that they will charge you a percentage for the collection of credit cards. Something I couldn't understand is that the lady mentioned that Titan had two of me (recall) something like that and when I asked her about it she told me that she doesn't know why the information doesn't come out on her computer but that for them to solve that It would take me 3 hours for each one. I preferred to do it another time. Once they finished doing my oil and filter change they called me to go pay. My experience at this dealership was good for me. Many complain about the waiting time but one must understand that it is not only one's car that is receiving services and that is why it is better to be patient. For my part, I will return to this place for the next service of my Titan.. I forgot to mention that the only thing I can complain about is that they did not enter the information of the next oil change of my vehicle in the computer of the same... I think they should do it since many clients like me are guided by that notice that our car when it's time to do maintenance...

FACTS I went there the guy told me my repairs would be $575. I said I'd reschedule for next week. I go back the next week, for repairs done and it was a DIFFERENT RECEPTIONIST(SAME EXACT PAPERWORK) but the charge was only $231. The first guy tried to ROB ME-- THEY'RE NO GOOD IN THERE.
This place is horrible and unprofessional. I took my car and left it there overnight due to all these things they said I needed. 1500.00 next day I pick up my car. Call them the next day I regards to one of the things they did and no one available to help. Call back 2hrs later again no one available. So I go there they all on their cell phones, no customers at the place. Like really. Then they tell me someone will call me back in regards....3 days later no return call. They were all available and return all my calls when I was paying the 1500.00 dollars. Well I'm looking for another Nissan Location now. You ask me they over price everything they do. Including things you may not even need!!!
You should call the customer service department and ask
They open at 7am n begin taking car at that time or 15 minutes before by 9 u will b leaving depending on ur service. The dealership opens at 9am

I think the person at pepboys was mistaken. Try going to another location or just call. Call Nissan and find out as well.
