This close to main streets & public transportation is tranquil, clean, well lit & spacious for a smaller room. The pluses are the ability for you to control the heat or AC. And it has a space for a small bar area. It also has privacy film on the windows & door so you can enjoy your party/dinner in peace. The sound system in the location works well as is discreet, and it's already pre decorated elegantly.

This venue was perfect for my event! I had my wedding reception here and got a bartender and security guard with my rental. Plus I didn't have to clean anything!

We have a shared parking lot with the Luigi Pizzeria lot but across the street is a new high school with had ample street parking on the weekends and nights when school is closed.
