It’s not so much that Advance Auto Parts and it’s knowledgeable staff equipped and stocked with the know how to help you find your items but almost certainly they’ll have your items in stock…. This review is more about how the his location is a UPS drop off point. I am an online seller and Advance across the street from my location eases quite a costly and counterproductive shipping necessity for my larger orders needing UPS as a cheap and effective method for my customers however the only UPS location around me is 25 miles away hence how advance auto parts partnering with UPS as a pick up/drop off location I mean really does ease and make profitably productive package shipping very possible and next to nothing about my large UPS shipping experience has mermaids hard.

Both items I was looking for they didn't have so went to Napa down the road and they had both items it was a thermostat and gasket

Employees were great at looking for the part I needed. But it was 4x the amount there compared to getting same part online..

Ordered a set of rotors online and was given the wrong size at a store in Milwaukee. Tried returning them to this location and the manager refused to take them without a receipt. 1 was unopened taped up in the box, the other was opened but box was damaged when I opened it. They were obviously unused and still in sellable condition. I could not find the receipt but then remembered I had it through email, but I will not be attempting to return it to this location, nor ever purchase anything from this location again. Manager was very curt and stand-offish. He refused to help me even though my number was in their system because I was not a part of their local loyalty program.
