The sushi at The Sushi Shack is fresh and delicious. If you are in Blairsville or areas close by and you are in the mood for really good sushi you have to give them a try.

So fresh and delicious. We all had something different from poke, to rainbow rolls to the "oh, so delicious" California roll. Spicy wasabi, perfectly rolled sushi and poke was elegantly displayed. Will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Service was very good. Right after walking in its a very small and quaint restaurant and honestly my hopes were not very high. But turns out to be some of the best sushi you can buy in North GA. And I eat a lot of sushi! Will be returning if I come back
