I’ve been with ford for some time now but the service area does have high traffic, my ford 22st went twice for the same problem. I was promised a loaner, one was put on hold for me. why I went to drop off my truck there is none to give. I don’t care if the car falling apart or not I work and have errands to do.

Worst parts department. They have such a bad attitude. The guy in the front is so rude and unprofessional.

Google says they open at 7am but keep calling for 30 minutes after 7 and nobody is answering. Hi Yvonne it's ok now. I drove up to your place and placed my order. Great service from your guys but yes it was disappointed not to get an earlier answer to my phone calls.
