I just called the City of White Plains Sanitation Department for information. I didn't get the gentleman's name, he was so nice, helpful, all around it was a good experience. I can only imagine the calls they get, people demanding, asking a million questions, not having the information needed, (how can they know how much time it will take if you can't tell them what you need to be picked up). ANYWAY..... thank you for your patience and professionalness!!!
