Positive - Kousky and Maria are wonderful ( that’s why I’m giving 3 stars) Negative- the rest of the staff that worked on 9/5/22 are unpleasant and rude. The look on their faces, body language, and tone of their voice is so intimidating. Feels like your visiting a jail not a urgent care. Miscommunication and no accommodation what so ever although it’s their mistake. Recommendations- get a manager

The doctor and nurses assistant were so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely kind. I appreciated their patience and the expertise with which they worked. I am thinking of making the move from my regular doctor, over to this office. That’s how awesome they were!

Poor service!! I called, and when the other person picked up the phone, I heard a loud, long sigh and he hung up the phone. He didn’t even say “hello” when he answered the phone.

I believe walk ins are welcome but it may be a wait. I would call and ask for an appointment so you can be seen in a timely manner - they are extremely accommodating and will see you super quickly!
They accept walk ins and would be able to test for UTI. Do note this is considered an emergency room of sorts and has billing as such.
