Today the clip for my shades was broken and no one said a word. I go every 2 weeks to clean my HRV. They have good prices and they are very nice but of late there performance is poor. They need to dry the car better and clean the dashboard. Is not the quantity is the quality so guys wake up.

9/15/22 I took my car to the wash car because I got free car wash ticket after replacing my battery on Monday. 4 days later Thursday(9/15/22)my car driving fine it was clean I just wanted use free car wash on my break from work. After getting my car I get in to drive. I use the break and car felt way different. My foot was on break to the floor!! I thought water got on breaks. I drove back to home. After checking and knowing something was up. I take car back. I spoke to the cashier. Told me speak to this guy, that guy, this manager that manager. After I told them something wrong with the car if they check it since it wasn’t like that. They check it and told me that my break line was broken when it was in the car wash! I wanted to speak to someone in charge to see who was going pay for the damage. Car wash manger(who wasn’t there, on phone) told me to do a police Report and take to court that they were not going fix it!! For some thing that it happened in there hands. When I told the car in, it had no problem. I come to this spot for oil change many times and my family too. For them not take responsibility for damage is crazy. Staff telling me that it happened to Rust. Car barely has Rust. Every car has rust under there car. I knew they trying cover for there action. Oil manger said that they not mechanics and that I had pay someone to fix after they one who broke it. After calling cops to make police report. Oil change manger started lie about things and arguing with me. Being rude and unprofessional. They told me that by there “policy” that I couldn’t take my car out! After I already drove it. Telling me that I had call tow truck and I had pay for it. They didn’t get that I wasn’t going pay not a dime for something I didn’t do. I could had gotten to car crash or hit someone. Especially there’s a school down the block. I going take this to legal actions. As they wanted to. After seeing so many bad reviews no wonder. Plz don’t take ur car here. They are rude when they don’t want be responsible for there actions and business. Very unprofessional. No thanks not taking my car here again or my family, friends and workers after hearing this. Very disappointed on how they handled business.
