This store is the absolute worst. First stove delivered, its broken & after the store insisting I speak to the brand rep & a repair visit, still broken. Second stove arrived with front completely damaged, as if a wrecking ball was dropped on it. I got no call, no email absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. I had to go to the store for the third time & the incredibly rude salesmen, not the lovely women that greet you, the beyond rude salesmen, all of them were dismissive & claimed they would do me a favor by NOT charging me delivery and installation. Did I mention I purchased two broken stoves from these clowns? Why would I pay delivery for two replacement stoves? Third stove delivered, again broken. And again I am waiting for a return call. This store is an absolute disgrace. Unless you are purchasing the most expensive item in the store, they have no interest. And their attitude towards women is reminiscent of the 1950's. It's comical.

Was told by the salesman 7 week back order when I ordered my $32 thousands in appliances. Now they have no eta. What a joke. I would have went with a different manufacturer. My salesman could care less. He got his commission. Meanwhile I’m without a fridge and oven.

Very customer oriented, high end appliance store with reasonable prices, friendly staff, and knowledgeable sales people. They have things in stock and do quick delivery and installation. Don't go anywhere else. In case you go in thirsty, they have beer and coffee!
