We started to use Elder Care when my father was recently released from the hospital. Ann, the administrator, listened to what my parents needs would be, and found a lovely aide to welcome my father home and help with the home care transition. Josephine was instrumental in the process as well and was there to introduce my parents to the new aide. The aides have been friendly and caring. Ann is a true professional, responds to texts/emails in a timely manner, and will do her best to provide assistance even if a request is made with a short notice timeframe. I would recommend Elder Care for their home care services.

Elder Home Care has been wonderful in getting us Home Health Aides for my Mom. If I have any issues with scheduling they have been quick to respond and have been helpful resolving it. The Aides who have been with my mom have been very friendly, kind and show great care with my mom's needs as well as adjusting to my mom's schedule nicely. It gives me a piece of mind that she is looked after when I can not be there.
