Questions & Answers

How can I find out what my house is worth in the current market?

Simple; schedule a consultation and provide us with the address of your property. We will then create a personalized comparative market analysis, data based on relative properties that help estimate the value of an existing property, and walk you through each data point. If it makes sense to sell at that point we would move forward in conversation regarding strategy and timeline.

When is it the right time to sell?

Ari Lashkari, Realtor | Jan 6, 2022

There is no right or wrong answer to this question. The right time to sell depends on the seller's current situation, what motivators are involved, the return on investment and equity gained on a property. If you are unsure, the best method is to contact us to walk through a seller consultation and share insight into the market as well as provide you with an estimate of the value of your property. From here, you can see if it makes sense to move forward or not.

Do I need a realtor for a rental property?

Ari Lashkari, Realtor | Jan 6, 2022
Ari Lashkari, Realtor | Jan 6, 2022

No, you do not need a realtor to represent you when renting; although based on the situation the rental agent listing the property may collect a "broker fee", typically one month rent, which would get split between the agents involved.

As a buyer, do I have to pay a realtor fee?

Ari Lashkari, Realtor | Jan 6, 2022
Ari Lashkari, Realtor | Jan 6, 2022

No! As a buyer you DO NOT pay a realtor fee. Realtors are paid commission from the seller. The seller's agent will make an agreement with the seller on the rate and determine how it is divided between the buyer and seller agent at the end of the transaction. Buyer's do not pay a fee to a realtor in the vast majority of cases. It is always good to work with a buyers agent; ensuring that there is a team with your best intention at heart to help you make the most educated decision in a transaction.
