I was excited to get information and make an appointment. My wife called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and no response. I called and luckily got answered. The receptionist Hao is very rude. Seems like she's new and doesn't know what she's doing. Told me she's was going to look into my insurance to see if they cover their procedures and I didn't get a call back. I had to call them next day. She didn't really looked into my insurance to see if the procedures are covered. She told me that I needed to call my insurance and have them call them. Very unprofessional and rude. If this is the first step into getting helped, I dont even want to imagine how it would be staring a procedure here.

Does Acupuncture work for Carpal Tunnel

Acupuncture is often helpful in cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I personally have been able to reduce pain and numbness and increase function with many patients. However, I can make no guarantees, an evaluation is needed, and we tend to know within a few treatments if there is going to be improvement or not. The length of a course of treatment can vary from patient to patient depending on how severe the condition is and if the patient is able to rest their wrists during the course of treatment. Often times internal and topical herbs can also be helpful in resolving the condition.
