Normally, their pizza is okay for nights my family doesn't want to cook. Tonight though, we ordered the new speciality Buffalo chicken & it showed up completely burnt. My husband called the store & spoke with the manager Brandon, who, made excuses saying that speciality pizzas "bubble up like a volcano & the American cheese turns black." Excuse me what???!! He finally said he will personally make another one just so we would get off the phone. Thanks dominos.

The food and pasta is absolutely disgusting. I continuously have issues with not having enough sauce on pasta and the noodle being completely dried out ( like dehydrated). Lots of time to pizzas are over cooked or don’t have enough cheese or burnt. When you call to complain to the store, Brandon specifically and many other employees are extremely rude to you and tell you that you need to return pasta in order to have it replaced as if your lying about the food. Especially, when they don’t quality check it like they should before they send it out of the store. When they created it wrong in the first place it’s absolutely disgusting. When they don’t like it that you correct them on it they hang up on you. I called back and they refused to give me the corporate number. I would never shop here again their food is disgusting and they don’t care about quality checks nor their customers. I have giving them many chances to make things right on many orders. I wouldn’t order from this location if I were you.

Every single time we use this location they mess up our order. Tonight we ordered a 2 litter coke, a ceaser salad, lava cakes, and 2 pizzas. One being sausage and black olives the other being pineapple and sausage. We got the sausage and olive pizza no issue. The one that was supposed to be sausage and pineapple ended up not having any pineapple on it and instead had pepperoni on it. When I called to get it sorted out the person who answered the phone was rude and short. I'm now the only one unable to eat while I wait a minimum half an hour for another pizza to made and delivered. I understand things happen, but there is always an issue with our order. You have quality check before the food leaves this should have been caught before it got delivered.

Almost everytime I order at night they either overcook or burn my pizzas and parmesan bites. There's proof of my family's dinner tonight. Horrible!! Rude staff. At least the ones that were on the phone with me. The manager hung up on me! Awesome customer service NOT!! I hope this helps you make up your mind about ordering from this location.

When I use the online app, I have never had an issue with getting the order right. What I fear is if you order through the telephone, they may not understand different dialects exactly to your standards.

I would like to know who the General Manager is for the Dominoes store on 84th and Pacific is. The Manager Mary is very RUDE AND REFUSED TO HELP US WITH OUR CONCERNS, we always seem to have a problem with this store!

I just observed a manager in a black shirt working in the food prep' line while wearing his mask under his chin. I asked the cashier to ask him to wear his mask. He pulled it up under his nose and kept working. I waited a few minutes, then asked the cashier if I could speak to him. She said he was too busy. I said, " OK, I'll talk loudly". Yelled at him twice to get his attention. He responded with " Don't talk to me like that! " I told him he was breathing on the food he was serving the public. And that he was setting the example for the people he was working with. I asked him if he wanted this branch shut down. He then put his mask on properly. If I get covid after this, you think I should sue?
