Any of the associates that I have spoken with at this Rite Aid location in the pharmacy has always been a pleasant experience they are all very helpful and friendly it is because of the pharmacy associates that I come to the store I also appreciate being greeted when I come in the door I have never experienced a negative attitude everyone that has ever help me have always been great employees

I am in the drive through line and have been waiting for about 35 minutes with one car in front of me. Customer service is horrible. I called while in line to fiind out if there was a problem/how much longer it would be because I am sandwiched in with two cars behind me and now will be late for work. I called the pharmacy and without anwsering the call they sent me directly to hold. Do a better job or find a new one!!

First time I have ever been LIED TO by a pharmacy. I called ahead to make sure they had the vaccine I needed to get and was told to show up between 2 - 3 when they do walk-ins. When I got there I was informed that they would not accept walk-ins that day and were closing at 3 due to the holiday. If you have special conditions for holidays DO NOT TELL CUSTOMERS OTHERWISE!

I'm never setting foot in this Rite Aid again. I went there to get a covid booster. First they lost my paperwork. Then when they found it, they refused to honor my appointment. Turns out they don't allow mixing & matching of boosters, even though the FDA has approved it. I'm an asthmatic teacher who lives with someone who can't be vaccinated. I've lost family to breakthrough infections. I need to protect people. And thanks to Rite Aid, I still haven't gotten my booster.
