They truly need to hire some respectful receptionist at all of their locations because they all seem to hate their job and they all seem to hate being there to take care of the patients I think they need to go kick rocks and get a job in a factory I wouldn’t even recommend them to go to McDonald’s!!!!’

Don’t call this office unless you plan on being on hold for at least 20 minutes. Hire more staff to answer phones in a timely manner! After having my children be patients here for 15 years I have recently removed them from this practice. This practice was great many years ago, but within the last few years it has really gone down hill. It’s hard to get anyone on the phone and when you do they usually have a terrible attitude or your hung up on “accidentally”. My son is on adhd medication and I would have to call every month to have it refilled and I would have set aside at least a 30-45 minute time frame to accommodate being on hold with this office. There have been several times where I have called to get a refill and it was never done; imagine my frustration after calling it in, waiting a day or two to have it filled, dealt with the drama that is every pharmacy now a days, only to find out this office never sent the refill, then have to call again, be on hold again, wait several more days….extremely frustrating. I also feel this practice has taken on too many patients, during appointments it’s pretty rush rush and I just feel like your children aren’t given the proper attention they deserve.
