Anthony and team were kind and very helpful throughout the process. We used to go to Chevron in Incline Village for our regular oil changes but they don’t have any mechanics on duty at this time. We decided to go to Jiffy Lube where we have gone before and they were able to not only take care of the oil change but also save me time by cleaning our K & N air filters on both of our vehicles. Quick, easy and back on the road in less than 30 mins.

The staff here are super friendly, especially Connie! I had a digital gift card and she was so patient and kind in using it, since it's a little bit of a tedious process. When it comes to the service, everything appears to be all good with the work they do (have been coming to this location for years) and haven't had a problem.

Wonderful service. Went on Sunday for a smog check and oil change but there are no technicians in on the weekends. Came back on Tuesday and was in and out in 30 minutes! They were thorough and very polite. Definitely recommend!!

Best experience getting regular maintenance. We thought all we needed was an oil change, but it turns out our air filters needed cleaning, other fluids needed topping off, and our wiper blades we toast. Because of all the work we needed done, they gave us 15% off. Would much rather go here than Reno Vulcanizing. This was top notch service.
