Used to be one of my favorite restaurants until four or five times in a row they either shorted my food or completely left out an item. Tried calling but when you ask to speak to a manager and give a reason the call never transfers. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible service. Don’t eat here or at the very least go do a different location.

We genuinely enjoyed our experience at Chilis in the downtown. Food was good. Tea was great. Server was pleasant. Great for dine in lunch.

Atmosphere was family friendly, and quiet. For a Monday night it was very calm. The waiter was polite and efficient. Food cost was budget friendly. There was something for everyone, even my picky eater. The fajitas were delicious and the cheesecake was worth the wait.

I went there last May before going to the aquarium. It was nice. The food was good and it was a good experience at first. During our meal there was a seemingly homeless man wandering the area talking to no one, which is no big deal... until he came up to our table in outdoor seating and began screaming at us when we had no prior interaction or contact with him. The man was screaming and crying (unsure over what) and threw our drinks at us while cussing us out. We were just relaxing and didn't start anything. When we refused to fight him he went to another table and attacked 3 black men who were doing the same as us and just enjoying the day outside. They felt threatened and fought back because he was threatening them. After it happened they ran away before the cops showed up as some people were taking the side of the attacker because he was white. Eating there presents a risk to you and shows the blatant racism of people in the area. They also offered no consolation (comped meals, a gift card, an apology.... nothing) to us or anyone else sitting in the outdoor area who were also affected.
