Hi I would like to speak with the manager but the employees will not allow me to so that I cannot report their abusive behavior. Avoid this emergency room at all costs. The patients in the emergency room are treated like criminals and treated with abusive behavior. After taking my family member to this emergency room I am traumatized by the cruelty and abusive nature of the staff. By no stretch of the imagination is this normal and okay. How can I contact you Victoria to tell you what happened to us in the emergency room in Vacaville if I am blocked by your workers from taking to you?

I came in with breathing problems and couldn't catch my breath. I waited for 3 hours and left. It was the most terrible service I ever received. At all other Kaiser emergencies I am taken immediately. The only way to get seen immediately is if you go there by Ambulance.

Took my son for dental surgery in the ER/Surgery department on the 2nd floor in B21 yesterday morning and everything went smoothly. It was my son first time with anesthesia. The check in was great. We are from Stockton and never been to the Vacaville Kasier before, the hospital was clean and plenty of parking space. The staff that work on my 8 year old son was very helpful, explain every very thoroughly about the surgery and keep us on board about what’s going to happen and afterwards, they also made sure my son is comfortable, and if we got everything we needed. We forgot his Comfort toy and blanket at home….but luckily they provide us one, he got a gift stuff animal teddy bear and a blanket from the hospital that donated. Thanks everyone! Overall experience was great. We will be going again next year!

I had extreme pain in my right foot from an injury. When I went to Kaiser in Vacaville they took an X-ray of my foot and determined that I had a broken foot and I needed a cast. I was told that I needed surgery down the road because there will be some lasting effects of the injury. I came back a month later after being off work and they removed the cast. They frayed it and stated that they don’t know why I had a cast and that my foot was fine. Dumbfounded I left. Now a year later my foot still hurts. Disappointed in spending way too much money in healthcare to receive s*** service. Thanks for nothing.

There is no advice nurse that you can go see, but you can call the number on the back of your Kaiser card and talk to an advice nurse. Hope this helps.

As far as I know they are...I recieved an email that you actually schedule it through the lab...so you need to make an appointment.
They have a hospital in addition to the medical offices, two pharmacies, lab services and radiology. I was in the hospital for six weeks in 2013.
