Disappointed in this place! Terrible time here! Sat in the chair for 2 1/2 hours no one decided to come fix the problem and when someone finally did they were rough with me. I told them it hurt and had blood going down my arm! They told me to not have a panic attack and walked away even tho I was in pain and crying. I was then deferred because I lost more blood then what I should have. Highly upset.

The staff are awesome, helpful & do their best even though they're short staffed to get everyone through. The Techs in the back are very good at what they do, so if u think u have those bad rolling veins... they can probably stick em, unless you've just messed your arms up beyond repair. And the wait time, you tell me where you can go wait somewhere for 2 hours & MAKE $125 !?!?!?! LIKE SERIOUSLY some of yall just never happy!!! WOWWWW

The 1st and 2nd donation are 75. The 3rd and 4th are 40. The 5th you get a bonus of 70. Then its 25 for the first donation of the week and 45 for the 2nd donation of the week. Theres a special now for 80 on your 8th donation.

It could be a little bit of time because you do have to go through a physical and they're going to ask you about your medications. It's up to you to tell them about them or not but once they take your plasma it's probably going to be screened and they're going to take some blood samples. But they're very nice and very kind about getting you through the process. I hope this helps you. Your first time there though expect to be there for at least 2 hours
If you click the link on the referral and go through the setup process and get the app it should go through automatically but you should still mention it to the staff when you arrive just to be sure. They require you to wait 7 days from the date of your last donation before they'll allow you to switch companies. All Plasma facilities are linked on the same network, and they can see where and when your last donation took place, regardless of it being for the same company or some place entirely different including hospitals and blood banks. They do this to insure that you're healthy and not trying to donate more than twice a week. I know this because I've switched plasma services a few times over the past two years and had to wait a week in between each change.
