We moved into a new community. The HOA sent us a violation for putting up the street address numbers we received from the builder and made us submit evidence that other buildings in the neighborhood already had theirs up. Besides that, there's no way I can find to pay the HOA bill online without incurring either a % fee with credit card or $2 fee for paying with my bank account. That is unreasonable! Is that 1980? Do I really need to buy stamps and mail in a check? In addition, the online portal doesn't tell me how much I owe, so I have to sort mail each time to find the paper copy. What? Why wouldn't the portal I pay through tell me the balance?

The staff at Carolina Preserve in Cary, NC are very helpful, organized and willing to assist when available. Oscar Esperanza, events captain always goes over and above to ensure that our event is set-up as requested and even make recommendations to make things better than we had anticipated.
