Reserved a full size pickup, a week ahead. When I went to pickup they didn't have any trucks, so they got me a midsize truck from national. No price adjustment, or apology. Then at drop off I couldn't find anyone. It took me 15 minutes just to find someone to give the keys to. A manager emailed me after the reservation but when I shared my problems they didn't respond at all.

Pick up was great. The staff at the desk was really friendly and helpful. The car was amazingly clean and in great condition. It only had about 900 miles on it! Drop off was super simple. Couldn't have asked for a better car rental experience.

Yes! Very convenient! They have someone there to take the keys or they have a Dropbox.
It depends on the location
I have not seen that option with Enterprise. They do have some exotic car collection locations in the USA (e.g., Charlotte, NC) where some RHD vehicles may be available.
