Ridiculous business model. They won't sell to the general public. Same with Ferguson. Mind you, all these parts are available online, but they claim for the safety of the homeowner, they only sell to qualified service technicians. That's like 84 Lumber saying they will only sell to builders, or plumbing supply only to plumbers. Sure, so they could rob me for the cost of the part, and for the install. Anyway, two other HVAC supply places in the area were more than willing to help me out. Got the part, installed it, and AC is back on. Thanks for nothing Johnstone . Oh, by the way, a couple of their "5 star ratings" are fake - not from "authorized service technicians".
