DO NOT GO HERE!! They do not care about their patients nor their family’s. We sat outside for almost 5 hours waiting for these people to run their tests and then decided that they aren’t going to see my brother after they had already said they would see him before we drove almost 3 hours down there. The staff here is extremely rude and unfriendly. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!

Most of the staff is kind but have no Understanding of people who are detoxing. You are just another number to them. Rooms are horrible. You my as well sleep on a floor. And there is no medication to help you through the first days of recovery. No one helps you with fluids. And food is horrible. You have to buy your own from vending machines. I would recommend NOT Going there.plus they let 2 COVID people jeopardized Everyone. Told us to lock ourselves in our rooms. No comcer
