Just an amazing place for me and my friends to ride

Recently attended a birthday party here. There was no ventilation in the party room, the women's sink was not working, there were loading dock doors open with no warning that there was a 6-foot drop off below it, the entire place is very musty and triggered allergies immediately, and the teenage employee sprayed the picnic tables down with Microban (not meant for food-contact surfaces) while children were close by and did not wipe it away. The employee was friendly and I can tell the place was once a cool hangout, but it needs re-built and safety precautions need put in place.

I would guess there's roughly 20,000sqft of indoor space and 10,000sqft of outdoor space.
it's $12 for 1 hr or $20 all day. they also sell monthly and yearly passes or memberships. no difference between kids and adults. in addition to helmet, must have knee & elbow pads. they rent them
