Office hours advertised as 8am-5pm. My first visit was for 1pm, but instructions were to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out forms. When I arrived, I was told they were closed for lunch. Why instruct patients to arrive early if the doors will just be locked? The doctor was great and recommended custom inserts. Once notified that they were delivered, instructions were to pick up between 8am-5pm. First attempt, I arrived at 4pm to be told that they try to leave early on Fridays and the front desk staff was gone for the day. Second attempt to pick up was at 8:30am on Monday morning. Again, doors locked. Finally, someone opened and said that the front desk staff doesn't get in until 9am. Why advertise hours of 8am-5pm when that is clearly not the case. Doctors were great, but other staff is VERY unprofessional.
