I understand everyone is busy, and that there is a growing need for mental health service and care. I absolutely respect that. This office was a referral from my health care professional over a month ago, and I’ve called 4 times over the past month and have not received a call back for even starting the process of becoming a patient. Disappointing honestly.

I have to call in every month for prescription But the person that refills makes you wait I have been out of meds for 1 wk waiting I called in before I was completely out yet still waiting then they say don’t call more than once or it delays this practice is run Poorly and I have had problems getting Through bc no one answers phones. I am going to start looking for another provider Don’t waste your time with this practice

Doctor sent a referral. A month later I had not gotten a call. I called to set up an appointment on 18 July 2022. Was told they had called {not my number} and left a message on 12 July, but they could go ahead and schedule me. I scheduled to be seen on 21 July 2022 and updated my information, plus correct phone number. Drove 35 minutes to my appointment today only to be told that I had no appointment scheduled. AND she still had the incorrect phone number in the system. Plus... she can't do scheduling...but would send my request over to the scheduling department. And then the scheduling department would give me a call to get me a new appointment. That didn't happen today! So, guess I'll be making MORE phone calls tomorrow.

This place is awful. For starters I was supposed to get an appointment for medicine and they said they would call me back, they never did. We called back about a week and a half after my first appointment to ask about it and they said their system was down and they would call us later, then never called. Then I had a actual therapy meeting and we asked about it. My therapist said she would talk the next day which was a Monday, still no further information was given and I never got an appointment. I went on a vacation to another state for 6 weeks which I told my therapist about, I ended up needing to talk to her because I was having trouble with emotions and she responded in the most inappropriate way possible. My mother also tried to get a medication appointment but was left waiting for almost 2 months. My mom ended up going somewhere else and got a response the same day. Do not go here unless you have a lot of time to keep asking for appointments.
