An Absolutely horrible experience. I was in the store on Saturday September 24th to have our house closing documents sent to our lawyers to be delivered on Monday the 26th. On Monday they did not arrive. On Tuesday had to spend momoney to have new documents notarized and couriered to our lawyers. On Tuesday the documents were found still at the store and sent to the lawyers which arrived after closing. I sent more than $200.00 to fix their mistake. No apology or refund or offer to compensate. Just silence. Please beware and do not use these people. They don't care. The owner has not called and when I call he is not there or available. UPS should be ashamed of this location.

This store has a great and friendly staff, but logistically, this store can turn into a madhouse with huge lines. Simple solution is to have a dedicated line for prepaid shipping and Amazon returns. A large % of traffic through this store are these types and as soon as you get someone going through the process to manually ship something, gridlock occurs and the line quickly forms out of the store doors.
