Food was bland and pricey. No clue how you can mess up mexican rice. Mexican food is supposed to be full of flavor and a fun colorful experience. Unfortunately the food here was neither. The restaurant does look nice from the outside but unfortunately won't be returning here.

Horrible place! Food was decent but I'm not worth the price! They charge me 4 dollars because I asked for a little ketchup, for my kid, when I mentioned to the owner she said we are not a dinner and have to charge for everything! RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR! Never come back again.

My original complaint about this restaurant was that they charged $1.50 if you wanted additional chips to the small portion they provided. Now the situation is worse. They no longer provide any complimentary chips. If you want chips and salsa it is an additional $5.00 that "all" other Mexican restaurants provide free. I've always said if a restaurant wants to succeed, be generous and provide value. This restaurant seems to be doing the opposite. A sign on the door says to be patient with their staff...telling people before they sit down that they will receive slow service. Other signs tell you the restaurant's rules including how long you may take to finish your meal. Another sign said they are closed on Tuesday. Perhaps if they stayed open on Tuesday they might be able to afford some chips and salsa. As it is there were only 3 tables of guests, including us. The other 80% of the tables were empty at dinner time. I don't think we're coming back and it is too bad as the food is generally good.

Unfortunately this establishment has an absolutely miserable, disrespectful, and undoubtedly inappropriate server working for them. In addition to that, the food is tasteless, sticky menus, and tacky decor. Save yourself from an awful experience and true waste of money and just don’t eat here. The restaurant had ONE other couple sitting and one single male sitting in a different area of the restaurant while my party which was a total of eight went there for an early dinner. With an empty restaurant the waiter says to me “like I told you I can’t have the kid running around the restaurant” referring to my young son. Mind you, he was near our large table that took up half of the room the ENTIRE time and was NOT running by any means. Truthfully this man has issues, I do not know who refers to another human being as “the kid” in such a rude manner. The waiter didn’t not have to tell me multiple times to not let “the kid” run around, as he spent most of the time sitting at our table with us and was up for a just a bit. A mindless man to say the least. The waiter additionally placed the wrong drink order. The piña colada served to us in a pitcher was straight ice. The guacamole had no flavor. The chicken in the dobalitas was also tasteless. The waiter had a horrible personality, rude and seeming like he didn’t want to be there from the moment we walked in. We should’ve headed straight for the door that moment. Big mistake for ordering even just some drinks and appetizers. While we planned on staying for dinner to celebrate two birthdays, we left. I have never had such a disappointing experience with a waiter.

We require use of masks. We have separate tables. We sanitize every table after use, and the bathroom every other hour, and the entrance door. We even sanitize the money that goes into our cashier.
