My mother is 90 years old… She went to an appointment with dr Zagal.. about a month ago.. He set up 2 appointments to do a sonogram on her legs for blood clots… Someone called my mother… actually a friend of hers daughter…that works at sovah.. my mom canceled that appointment.. not feeling well The next appointment was for Friday March 5..I called to verify the time of appointment and was told that one was canceled by her provider… I asked what she meant by provider and she said Dr Zagal We didn’t make another appointment… I get a call today confirming that appointment… When I told the lady that it was canceled by the provider.. she told me that dr Zagal wouldn’t do that…?? So she tells me that .. what I took to mean.. it was my fault because she had down that I canceled it.. not true.. she proceeded to argue with me… There is a horrible communication system between dr Zagal and the imaging center!!

My mother had an appointment with this office the other day at 3. At five until 3, they called to reschedule because she was late. My mother needed a stretcher transport for this appointment due to a stroke and being unable to walk. The stretcher transport had a few snags, but they were on their way to the office when this office called and told them they needed to reschedule. When my dad made the appointment they told him to try to get there at least 15 minutes early. He would have if they had not had stretcher issues and he was still going to arrive before her appointment at 3. They were on their way and less than 5 minutes away and the office would not let them come in, made them reschedule. This means he has to hire another stretcher transport for the new appointment. I cannot believe this is how they treat patients.

If you have a screening mammogram the results will be sent to you via card in the mail. If you have a diagnostic mammogram the results will be read and given to you before you leave the facility.
