My mother was discharged to this facility recently from the hospital. The room she was taken to was so filthy, our feet were sticking to the floor. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. Ground floor room with broken blinds so anyone could have seen her. Thankful we were able to take her back to the hospital.

My mom has been at this facility for 2 plus years. The staff is very caring for all the residents! Vanessa in billing is a super asset to this facility and helps so much! The new activity director, Deborah is doing an awesome job! The nursing staff is professional and always willing to listen to any requests I have. The administrative director Sarah is very nurturing to all the residents! Barbie, Gary and Angela are wonderful with my mom’s needs! If you have a love one in need of a nursing home facility, Stratford Rehabilitation Center is ideal. It is a small facility with a family environment.
