trying to schedule covid test and followup vax was a nightmare......computer system froze and was very confusing......spouse went with all required items and they said she was not in their system and couldn't test.....this place is a mess. More to this but a horrible experience. Will stick with Publix.

Worst pharmacy I have been to in my entire life. Still sitting here 2 hours later for the world's most basic prescription. Was told only 5 more minutes multiple times. Atleast give me the courtesy of being realistic and not waste my entire evening sitting in these uncomfortable chairs.

NP on 2/13/2022 refused to read a TB test due to being late (I own that). Regardless it was not busy, there was a void in time due to the app being cancelled, and a TB read literally takes 2 mins. The NP was extremely rude and seemed jaded/burnt out. I went to med express and they took me in within 2 mins and read it even faster. Would not recommend this location.

If you can go to a different CVS for your medications i would highly recommend you do so. The Land O Lakes location on 54 and 41 is not the greatest. We've had many issues with them not processing rx orders on time or when requested, the pharmacists have been rude, and the wait times are insane!!! They definitely need more employees who are better trained in customer service.

Appointment for what? You can call in prescription medications if they already have you on file or the prescriptions already dropped off to them. The flu shots that they're doing you can just walk in for you don't need an appointment for that.
