Paid at 10 am on last day to pay water bill and water was still shut off TWO HOURS LATER and I was charged a fee to turn it back on. I get I was late, but I still paid and they still send someone to turn my water off?? Waste of time and money.

What can you say, you have to take the good with the bad. Plus it's the only water company in this town. You have really nice ppl that work there, then you have some really rude ppl. Good luck!
