First, don’t use this facility if you are prone to fainting because I was REFUSED the option to lay down for the blood to be drawn. I asked the technician three times, she told me “it doesn’t matter if it’s a small amount of blood.” I explain to her that yes, it matters to me because last time I had blood drawn I almost fainted just from being pricked by the needle (several times by the labcorp in Verona which was also unprofessional and rude). I took my prescription back and left. Next, don’t use the virtual check in. It doesn’t work. You need to go inside or you’ll be waiting indeterminately (because it doesn’t actually check you in.) I waited in my car an entire hour. Then I went inside to check on the status and I was ignored for a while and then finally told I needed to check in on their system inside. Overall, I am disappointed and disturbed that this is a successful corporation despite their lack of professionalism, courtesy, and in some cases decency when they let their locations run like this.

I would never give this location business again. When I made the appointment (for time-sensitive bloodwork that had to be done a certain day), I received a confirmation telling me to wear a mask, to arrive 15 minutes early and to check in online. I arrived 20 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment and checked in on my phone. I received a message telling me to wait in the car, that I would received a text when they were ready for me. Waiting, waiting. Finally, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I go inside to see what’s happening. Not only is no one wearing a mask in the waiting room, there is a woman full on vaping in the waiting room. Staff do not care. When I tell the woman at the desk that I checked in online, she tells me that their system is down, that the only way to check in is on the clipboard. Not the staff’s fault, but Labcorp corporate should be able to communicate that to customers. Ni apologies or anything. Wait some more. Refill out paperwork that I already filled out online. Am finally taken back to fill out more paperwork. Where’s your prescription? My doctor sent it electronically. Oh, we can’t pull anything up. You need to go somewhere to print it out and then come back. It’s now after 2:00. I go back home, print out the lab order, come back. Thankfully, I made it back before 3:00. Because that’s when they were closing, although no one told me that when I was leaving. Finally get in the chair. Had about 6 vials of blood taken. While blood is being taken, I am reading a sign posted to that says: “apply pressure for AT LEAST 3-5 minutes after blood draw” “do NOT bend your arm” etc. The nurse finishes, immediately hands me a pen and says here, label these with your name and DOB. And walks away. Needless to say, I’m basically anticipating that my doctor will not get my results correctly, if at all. The whole place seems disorderly, unclean and unprofessional. I’m sure the people that work there are doing their best and that serious improvements need to come from ownership/management down.

Awful. Skip this location if possible. The people who work there act and treat others like robots. I personally hate that.

You can just walk in.

how come you must give your credit card before services are performed. And not know what the cost of the lab work is and how long it takes to submit to your insurance?

They're ghetto and they suck. Go right around the corner to Claremont to Quest Diagnostics. Much more professional and much better service.
