They were out of all sandwiches, not the locations fault I guess but still this isn't acceptable. Had to order some tendys instead but waited about 30 minutes without being told to pull forward (the people behind us were not happy to say the least.) The whole crew was black so might be cuz of that idk (not trying to be racist just something I noticed). Really seemed like they didn't have their act together. When we finally the chicken, I didn't know what to say. I think they laced it with something I could be wrong tho.

The chicken was freshly cooked for me and my husband. It was delicious and only this one time I'm giving a 5 star because of that reason only. 7/16/22

Katrina at the drive thru window was kind and pleasant. She greeted me with respect and made sure I had condiments. I almost forgot plates and she asked if I needed them, making my experience a delightful one. Thank you Katrina for the great service.

I honestly wish you could give negative stars for reviews. I've visited this Popeye's location approximately 4 times within the last year and I swear, each time it's SOMETHING! I hesitated doing a review before bc it is within the community, there ARE several teenagers working there... doing the right thing, and I simply don't like giving bad reviews. But tonight's incident did it for me. Like always we waited "a month of Sundays" to get to the window to pay and pick up our order. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and an Arnold Palmer WITH NO ICE, and my bf ordered a 4-piece combo. After waiting to GET to the window, we then had to wait a lengthy amount of time to even receive our order, in the meantime listening to various conversations by the staff. After taking our payment, a young man later came to the window and asked what we had, in mid sentence of answering him, he then says, "Well, first of all have y'all been cashed out?" A young lady behind him answered and said, "Yes, they have paid." Another gentleman man who looked as though he had dunked himself in flour came from somewhere and began doing something on the touch-screen register, clearly he worked with frying the chicken, but he had no gloves on. The same young lady who confirmed our payment confirmed our drink. She shook the drink that had already been made and realized there was ice in the cup. She then said, "No ice...." to the young man, again shaking the cup. The young man who also took our order kept repeating, "Well why didn't they tell me "no ice"....they should have said, "no ice". The person who confirmed our drink order knew "no ice", the repeater who took our order was told "no ice", and it was also on the receipt. As he was repeating, he was also walking around fixing the drink over and realized before snapping the lid on the drink, he didn't have any gloves on. So he discreetly slides them on then snaps the lid on the cup. (As we were pulling off, he was taking the gloves off again) After finally getting the order, we checked the bag before leaving the parking lot. We ordered a 4-piece combo but, they only gave us 3 pieces. We parked, I went inside with my receipt to get the order corrected. After arriving at home and beginning to eat, the chicken sandwich we ordered looked less than desirable and the Macaroni and Cheese literally needs to be removed from the menu. I have NEVER ordered a chicken sandwich from Popeyes with such a small piece of chicken breast on it. There was more mayonnaise than chicken! This chicken, seriously, had to be a young chicken in the beginning stages of growing breasts. Additionally, the chicken combo we ordered was NOT fresh and tasted as if it had been sitting for some time or fried in old grease. It, for the 4th and final time, was a horrible experience.
