The man in charge of cleaning made my last visit to this place my final one. He was very rude treated me and two other customers like we were stupid. Made it so uncomfortable to do laundry. I will never go back there again. I had been going there for at least 5 months because it's 3 min from my house. But with service like that I rather drive longer distance.

I love how the machines wash with a good amount of water. Good priced on machines and dryers. I took 1 star down for no attendant or a number to call just in case something happens.

Used one of the big washers in the back which didn’t fill up with water, paid extra for hot water which it didn’t use any hot water. In fact it was cold water. They took down the board in which they had a direct number for contact in problems like these. I ended up calling the number listed on google and all it does is ring. I’m so upset this isn’t the first time over the course of 5 yrs that the equipment isn’t up to standard or performing like it should. During the pandemic the last thing I want is my clothes being locked in the washer for 28 mins with about a cup of water not hot at that and not being able to reach maintenance. This is so ridiculous and I don’t have anymore money with me to rewash in another washer.
