Great place for sporting clays. Best to go early to avoid the lines, but you have 3 courses to choose from. There are a few times some of the launchers don't work right, but a quick call will get someone to look at it. The stations are pretty clean as patrons are encouraged to pick up their shells afterwards. Definitely a good time to be had with friends.

I am an avid Sporting Clay shooter. I joined Etowah Valley last year and typically shoot there two to three times a week. It is a fantastic facility with multiple courses for every skill level from beginner to Master. The courses are set up properly, maintained well and changed often. Phillip, Mike and Bree are your office points of contact and all are very customer oriented and professional. I shoot a lot of courses and this place is my favorite. All of the courses are nestled into the beautiful woods with big hardwood tree canopies so that you are cool even on the hottest days. Come out and give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Yes they offer gift certificates and also offer gun instructions and gun fit with a professional gun instructor. Alex Becker is one of the instructors. Give them a call and your friend will have a blast. I shot there all the time!
I agree. Advantage is discounts on everyting from cart rentals to clay courses. If you plan to go often, it is a great cost saver. Another advantage is they have course for novices to advanced shooters- four courses plus 5-stand. Nice and friendly place.
They charge based on the amount of clays you purchase in increments of 25. I never have asked but based on my past costs it's around $1 per clay. However they do give you extras (usually 5 more per 25). Those extras I use to look at the flight path on the more difficult before I shoot. You can also buy ammo for about the same price as in stores but its wise to shop around for the best deal and bring your own if shooting a lot. You can also rent a gun for about $10 a day if you don't have your own. And as George said, it's best to rent a golf cart which is around $10 a day (seats up to 4). It's really a blast, enjoy!
