If thin like my 110lb arse then water water water goldenseal root always worked if i started 4 or 5 days taking about 4 in am 4 in pm pee alot b4 test you can spot test neg if u flusk ur kidneys but more obese u are ur fat arse will come positive thc and other toxins tend too stick too fat cells in kidneys and bladder me being so or too thin i only need 1 to 1 1/2 gallons of plain water i can smoke that morning and ill pass i did it 38 months on parole
