Provides clean power for the people of North Carolina. Not quite as clean or safe as wind power but nuclear is far superior to fossil fuels.

Yes. Just look at the hours posted on the gate. Security will run you off if you're there after hours. I think it's 7-5:00 mon-fri. And 11-5 or 11-7 Sat. And sun.

The water in my area off of hwy 16 near Huntersville tastes like chemicals are in it! Does anyone else notice this?
