Had to get a sickle cell test that should’ve taken a day….it’s been almost a week

Mediocre staff that's pretty rude. They don't even enforce mask guidelines as a person across from me didn't even wear theirs. Like a previous poster showed, this place is disgusting. I felt very uncomfortable with how dirty everything was.

Shame on me for not getting the name of the woman who drew my blood today. I told her before I left that she was lovely. One of the tests my doctor wanted was not clear on if it would be a random or 24-hour sample and this woman called over to clarify. When speaking to me, she was kind and friendly and talked to me the whole time after I told her to please treat me like a baby when taking my blood. I was surprised that one reviewer said it didn't seem clean as I noticed the smell of cleaning products the moment I walked in. You could also tell that the check-in kiosk had been recently wiped down. I would absolutely go here again, especially if I could guarantee going to her.

I had an amazing experience here today. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped me. She was so sweet and very efficient. After having a horrible experience at the freehold location I was nervous for today but I will absolutely be going to this location from now on.
